Description
It is a two-component water based transparent epoxy system suitable for water proofing of concrete substrate.
- Color: White
- Pot life @25°C: 45-60mins
- Mixing Ratio: 100:100 PBW
- Mixture consistency: Brush able liquid
- Optics: Transparent/Translucent
- As a penetrating sealer to achieve high bond strength
- As dust suppressant and sealer for ware houses and factory
- As a primer before over coating with other coating systems
- As a waterproofing coating for concrete, RCC and fiber concrete
Surface Preparation
- Concrete surfaces should be freed from laitance and dust by sand-blasting. In case sand-blasting is not possible, thorough abrading with a hard wire brush should be preferable.

Mixing ratio by volume 1st coat 2ndcoat Part A 1.5 1.5 Part B 1 1 Water 0 0 - Water can be added to adjust consistency
- Use Jpoxy JO Tekkot-CLR Part A & Part B in recommended ratio and mix the components thoroughly for at least 2 minutes or until uniform mix is obtained.
- Paintbrush, roller or other mechanism equipment can be deployed for obtaining the desired finish.
