Description
Two component thick white solvent free epoxy system suitable for repairing and reinforcement of large marble/stone blocks while processing.
- Color: Clear
- Pot life @25°C: 75-85 mins
- Mixing Ratio: 100:100 PBW
- Mixture consistency: Thixotropic
- Optics: Opaque
Surface Preparation
- The mixture should be applied on a clean, rough and dry surface. For good results, it is required that the marble surface is clean, and dry. This should be achieved by suitable mechanical means such as sandblasting or wire brushing.
- Use Part A & Part B in ratio 100:100 PBW. Mix the two components in small batches thoroughly for at least 2 minutes.
- Apply the mix on the prepared substrate directly or using proper spatula.
- When applying glass cloth or carbon fiber, place the fiber/cloth on the surface where putty has been applied. Apply an over coat to impregnate the glass cloth/carbon fiber with a spatula.
