Description

Two component low viscosity BPA free and solvent free clear epoxy casting system designed to provide glossy glass like finish to table top, kitchen counters etc. The cured film is hygienic and safe for contact with food and potable water.

Surface Preparation
  • Substrate surfaces should be freed from laitance and dust by sand-blasting. In case sand-blasting is not possible, thorough abrading with a hard wire brush should be preferable.
Application Method 
  • Use Part A & Part B in ratio 3:1 pbw. Mix the two components in small batches thoroughly for at least 2minutes. Apply the mix directly or using proper spatula to the pretreated surfaces.
  • The mixture should be applied as soon as the homogenous mix is achieved.
  • Allow the material to cure for at least 24 hours before putting to use
