Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to accommodate cancellations when possible.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order.
  • After this period, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstance.

 RETURNS

We strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, in certain circumstances, returns may be processed as outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns: Items may be returned only if they meet one of the following conditions:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item delivered is damaged.

To initiate a return, customers must provide:

  • Proof of occurrence of one of the above conditions (e.g., photographic evidence of the wrong or damaged item).
  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).

Return Process: Please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the item to initiate a return. Once verified, we will provide you with instructions for completing the return.

Note:

  • Returns will not be accepted if the items do not meet the conditions listed above.
  • Jpoxy Polymers is not responsible for return shipping fees, it is the responsibility of the buyer.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.
